About me
As the founder of Minding My Own Mental, I created this space to help individuals find alignment and balance through holistic wellness practices. Currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine with an emphasis on integrative wellness coaching, I blend my expertise in education, yoga, and sound healing to offer personalized coaching, wellness events, and healing sessions.
