Rise & Reset is a full-day immersive wellness retreat designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and reconnection. Through sound healing, somatic practices, body-based services, and community care, this experience offers space to slow down and feel supported—without pressure to perform or fix anything.

This retreat is for anyone feeling burnt out, overstimulated, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected. It’s especially supportive for caregivers, space-holders, healers, creatives, and anyone craving rest in a trauma-aware, inclusive environment. No prior yoga or wellness experience is required.

Yes. Rise & Reset is intentionally designed with nervous system safety, consent, and trauma-aware care at the center. You are always invited to listen to your body, opt out, rest, or modify as needed. There is no pressure to participate in everything.

Absolutely. Rise & Reset is rooted in inclusivity, accessibility, and affirming care for BIPOC and queer communities. All bodies, identities, and lived experiences are welcome.

Rise & Reset is facilitated by Sasha Crossman (she/her), founder of Minding My Own Mental LLC. Sasha is a yoga instructor, sound healer, and integrative wellness practitioner with over a decade of experience creating nervous-system-centered healing spaces. They are currently pursuing a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine.
