Terms of Service

Welcome to Minding My Own Mental. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our private yoga sessions, group sound baths, 1:1 and group coaching sessions, wellness event facilitation, bouquet bars, and other related services provided by Minding My Own Mental ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking or attending any of our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

We offer the following services:

  • Private Yoga Sessions: Individualized yoga instruction.

  • Group Sound Baths: Group sound healing experiences.

  • 1:1 Coaching Sessions: Personalized coaching for wellness, mindfulness, or lifestyle.

  • Group Coaching Sessions: Group coaching for personal and collective growth.

  • Wellness Event Facilitation: Custom-tailored wellness experiences for events.

  • Bouquet Bars: Floral stations where attendees create custom bouquets.

  • Custom Services: Bespoke services based on client needs, subject to consultation.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Service Fees: All service fees are provided at the time of booking and vary based on the service, group size, location, and any custom requests.

  • Consultations: For custom services (e.g., wellness events, custom bouquet bars), a consultation will be offered to discuss specific needs. Consultations may be subject to a fee, which will be disclosed upfront.

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept Payment Methods:credit & debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Cash app, Zelle.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of the service.

  • Refunds and Cancellations: See Section 5 for details.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. If canceled within this window, clients will receive a full refund. If canceled outside this window, no refund.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule services at no extra charge if done 24 hours in advance. After that time, rescheduling will incur a $15 fee.

  • Business-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.

4. Liability and Waivers

  • Wellness Services: By participating in any yoga sessions, sound baths, or coaching, clients acknowledge that these services are wellness activities and not medical treatments. Clients agree to participate at their own risk and acknowledge the importance of seeking professional medical advice before engaging in physical or mental wellness services.

  • Injuries or Damages: We are not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred during any service. Clients must disclose any physical or medical conditions prior to sessions to ensure their safety.

  • Bouquet Bar Services: We are not responsible for any allergic reactions to flowers or other materials used in the bouquet bars.

5. Refunds and Cancellations Policy

  • Refunds for Services: Refunds are provided only in the case of cancellations made in accordance with our cancellation policy outlined in Section 3. Custom services are non-refundable once confirmed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as custom wellness events or bouquet bars, may be non-refundable after a deposit is made and confirmed.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Client Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of our clients. Any personal information shared during coaching sessions or wellness consultations will remain confidential.

  • Data Privacy: We collect personal information such as name, email, phone number, and payment details for the purpose of booking and providing services. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Event and Workshop Policies

  • Group Events: For group sound baths, coaching sessions, or bouquet bar events, we require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, the event may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund provided.

  • On-Site Requirements: For wellness event facilitation or bouquet bar setups, the client must provide a suitable space for the service. If space is deemed unsuitable on arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the service without refund.

8. Custom Services

For custom wellness events or bouquet bar setups, a consultation is required to determine the scope of the service, timeline, and pricing. Any changes to the agreed-upon terms must be made in writing and may affect the final cost.

9. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, and these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance of their bookings.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through negotiation or mediation before pursuing formal legal action.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the United States courts.
