Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY 1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. 2. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will be refunded 50% of the total fee. 3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. 4. Package Refunds (if applicable): a. Unused Sessions: Refunds for unused sessions in a package are available if requested within 14 days of purchase. The refund will be prorated based on the full session rate, not the package rate. b. Partial Completion: If a client chooses to discontinue a package midway, they can receive a refund for the remaining sessions minus a small cancellation fee (e.g., 10% of the package cost) to cover administrative time. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if the client arrives late, to respect the time of other clients. Sessions starting more than 15 minutes late may be forfeited at the coach's discretion.
